New Year's Resolution Week 3 Update

I got on the scale this morning and I lost 5 pounds. I have lost a total of 11.5 pounds in three weeks! I can't even tell you how excited I am to be at this point. I only have one more pound to go until I break a major milestone. I've only done it once before in 2 years. To help me out as a motivator, I got a Ann Taylor Loft coupon in the mail yesterday, and if I reach my goal next week, then I get to go buy something new as my reward. I will let you know how I did. Here are my results this week:

Keeping my food journal: I kept it everyday but Saturday(it was a crazy day)

Drinking my water: Not great, I really need to do better.

Exercising: I was only able to go 1 day. It was a crazy week and Colsen got sick. I am really going to try to better next week. Especially since, I trying to reach my Ann Taylor Loft goal.
