New Year's Resolution Week 4 Update

I just got done watching Biggest Loser and realized that I had not posted my weekly results. I am so proud of myself. I met my goal to get down below at certain line. I guess I should start giving some numbers. If the people from the Biggest Loser can do it on TV, then I can certainly post my numbers on my blog. So here it goes, when I started this whole process I weighed 171.5. As of this week, I weigh 159.5. Yea, that's 12 lbs.!!!! My first goal to get to my overall goal was to get below 160. I seem to always give up by that point and I wasn't going to do it again!! So 159.5 is huge!!! I am so excited to use my Ann Taylor Loft coupon and go and find something fun to wear for Valentine's Day. Kyle and I are going to dinner to celebrate. So having something new to wear will be fun. I'll make sure to take pictures. Here are the details:

Keeping the Food Journal- I kept it everyday! Doing this really helps me to be accountable to my self of what I eat.

Drinking Water- I am really having a hard time with this one. If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them.

Exercising- I did great!! I worked out 4 times last week. Working out is now becoming something I want to do and I miss it when I don't. I have so much more energy.
