I am so excited to report that I had another great week. I lost 1.5 pounds!!! For a total weight loss of 13.5 lbs. I now weigh 158.0. I am so happy to now be able to wear a size 10. I even went to Ann Taylor Loft this week and bought a size 10 jeans and a couple of cute shirts. I'll try to take some pictures in my new clothes. Kyle and I leave for Charlotte this Wednesday. We are so excited to go and get the design process started. I'm sure I'll have much to share when I get back. I am however, a little nervous about staying on my diet. I have a very hard time sticking to my diet when I'm eating out. I'm going to be doing that a lot. I am taking my food journal and my exercise clothes and shoes. I'm hoping by doing these things I will stick with it. I've already told myself that I am going to splurge a little on Valentine's day dinner, but I'm going to try to be good the rest of the time. My goal for this next week is not to gain any weight. Check back to see how I've done. I won't be able to weigh until Monday or Tuesday, so make sure to check back then. Here is the break down of my week.
Keeping the Food Journal- I did great!!! This is a very helpful tool. It forces me to be honest with myself.
Drinking Water- I am still having a really hard time with this one. I don't know why I just don't like drinking water. Any suggestions?
Exercising- This was a amazing week for working out. I worked out 7 times. Can you believe that!! I don't think I've ever been that good. I am starting to really love it. The exercise really helps me to clear my head.
