Every Wednesday, Colsen and I try to go down to Clearlake City and see Grandaddy. The past couple of weeks we have been busy with getting the house on the market so we haven't been able to do it. This Wednesday we were free and we were so excited because we were going to meet Aunt Linda and Grandaddy at Grandaddy's place and then go to the park and feed the ducks. I should mention too, that the park we are going to, is the same park that I went to as a child. Granny and Grandaddy would take my brother and sister and I there and we would have a great time. I think my mom and dad even have some pictures. I was so excited to share this experience with Colsen. We got there and we didn't see many ducks but we did see some geese and there were really letting us know that there were there. Colsen was watching us throw bread at the geese, so we gave him a piece and he looked at it and then decided he needed the bread more than the geese or ducks, which finally came out from hiding. After feeding the ducks and geese we went over to the playground equipment and played. We had a wonderful time and hope we can do it again soon. Here are some of the pictures. The first ones are a little dark because I like using the manual setting but I forget to turn on the flash.
Is this bread for Colsen or the geese?

For Colsen. This white bread is yummy!

Colsen looking at the ducks, I was a little worried about Colsen being so close...

So, I had Grandaddy hold Colsen back.

Colsen hangin' out in the swing.

Now Aunt Linda gives Colsen a push.

Time for the slide!

Colsen is headed down the steps.

Three Generations having fun a the park. It would have been four but Aunt Linda was taking the picture.

Me and my very thirsty little boy.
