We Made it!!!

On Saturday, we finally made it to North Carolina!! We absolutely LOVE it!!! The weather is amazing! We have eaten outside about every night since we have been here. We stayed in a hotel until our stuff got here, which was Tuesday. The unloaders did a great job!! We also closed on our house in Houston on Tuesday. I can't even begin to tell you what a relief that was!! Kyle and I celebrated with Nachos!!! On Wednesday, we had another design meeting. Kyle and I have a great time picking things out. I really appreciate his opinions. Thursday, Kyle hung out by the pool and I rested and tried to get over my massive sinus headache. Overall, things couldn't have gone better!! We are so thankful for everything the LORD has done for our family!!! It feels so good to be in HIS will!!!

The foundation on our house is a crawl space vs. a slab. As you can see one side of our house is higher than the other due to the slope.

Here are some of our new design choices:

Subway tiles to be used in all the bathrooms upstairs and in the kitchen.

Tile in the guest room downstairs, AKA The Grandparents Room.

Here is the wall and trim color and carpet. The lighter carpet will go downstairs and the darker color will go upstairs.
