Yesterday we headed for the mountains- Boone and Blowing Rock, North Carolina! We have been wanting to go for quite some time and yesterday seemed like a good day to go. The great thing is that it's only about 2 hours away so it's perfect for a day trip. The weather could have not been better and the fall foliage was AMAZING!!! These pictures don't do it justice. Spring has always been my favorite time of year, but now Fall is not far behind! Enjoy the pics and come see us next year. You won't be disappointed!!!
This picture was taken as we were going down the mountain. My sweet husband pulled over quite a few times so I could get some pictures and that was not an easy task as we were heading down. Thank you, Sweetie!!!
We LOVED seeing all the colors of fall!
My two precious boys!! Colsen did great on the trip! He loves to point out the trucks, airplanes and whatever else he sees that sparks his interest. He's alot of fun to drive with!
