A Weekend in Raleigh

Last weekend we headed to Raleigh to hang out with Uncle Ryan, Aunt Rachel and cousin Audrey!! We also took some family pictures on Saturday at Duke and hopefully those should be coming soon along with a really funny story! We had a fabulous time!! The Smiths were great hosts and even kept Colsen for both nights while Kyle and I got some good quality time!! We can't wait to return the favor when Ryan and Rachel go house hunting in Athens, Georgia!! My amazing brother just took a job there as a education math professor who will work with middle and high school teachers!! We are super excited for him!!! All he has to do now is finish up is dissertation!! He is working VERY hard on it!! Again, we had such a fun weekend!! Thank you to Ryan, Rachel and Audrey!!

We were on the NC State campus and as soon as Colsen got out of the car he made a bee line to the dumpsters. Daddy gives Colsen a better look!!

On Friday night after Dinner on their way home, Uncle Ryan took Kyle and Colsen to see the wolves. The Wolfpack is the mascot for NC State. When I heard this, I for some reason, thought they meant real wolves. As you can see from this picture that was not the case. The wolves are a part of a statue in front of the football stadium.
