Harvest Party!!

Today Colsen had his Harvest party at school. His teachers had such fun centers for all the kids to rotate through. I helped in one of the centers to make spiders out of chocolate donuts, chocolate icing, pretzels and M&M's! All the children had such a fun time!! Ms. Amy was so kind to walk around a take these pictures for me. I really appreciated it!! On the way home from school, totally out of the blue, Colsen thanked me for coming to his class. That comment totally melted my heart!! I am so thankful for the ability to stay home!! Thank you to my wonderful husband for working so hard and making it possible!!

Colsen enjoying a pretzel after he had finished making his donut spider.

Colsen's next center was face painting. Colsen told the mom who was doing the face painting where he wanted his art. He also choose an apple, not a pumpkin for his cheek.

Standing so still while his cheek was painted.

Showing off his great apple!

The next center was learning about pumpkins!!

The next fun center was bobbing for apples!! As you will see Colsen LOVED this activity!!

As soon as Colsen got his apple he took a bite and continued to eat...

And eat...

And eat...

He even continued to eat his apple during the whole group singing and dancing time.

Still eating...

He didn't even want to stand up and dance. He just wanted to eat his apple and that was just fine with his teachers.

And he is still eating...Who knew Colsen liked apples so much. I guess we do now.
