New Year's Resolution Week 1 Update

I did really well this week. I lost 5 lbs!!!

Kept my food journal: Everyday except Friday, Saturday, Sunday (went out of town to visit a friend, see post below)

Drinking Water:- Did great until the weekend, got a little off schedule.

Excercise:Was only able to work out one day due to Colsen getting sick (see post below) and going out of town. I will do better next week.

I am very proud of myself and feeling good!! I am ready for week 2. Check back to see my progress.
