I had a pretty good week. Here are the results:
I lost 1.5 pounds this week which gives me a total weight loss of 6 1/2 pounds so far. Yea!!!!
Keeping my food journal- Kept it everyday and I was really honest. I wrote down everything even if that meant I went over my points for the day, I still wrote it down. I was so proud of myself I managed to navigate myself
Drinking my Water- I did okay, but not great. I drank my water 5 out of the 7 days. This will be a focus for week 3.
Exercise- I did great this week! I exercised 5 times this week, four times at the gym and Kyle and I went running around Memorial park on Saturday. I will need to keep this up for week 3.
