Bluebonnets and a Trip to Aggieland

On Saturday we had to be out of our house because we had 4 showings. We got up early and headed out 290 and stopped at Rudy's BBQ for some breakfast tacos. They were yummy!! I then thought it would be fun to get some pictures of Colsen in the Bluebonnets. So... we headed a little further up 290 and stopped in Chappel Hill. The Bluebonnets were gorgeous!!! But... the wind was horrible and you can tell by the pictures that Colsen was less than impressed with my idea. At least, I was able to get a few pics. After the bluebonnets, we decided to head on to College Station for Colsen's first trip to Aggieland. We plan to go back for the Spring game, but this gave us a chance to get pictures of all of Colsen's name sakes. We had a great time and I know Kyle LOVED showing Colsen all the wonderful places that make up Aggieland. On our way out of town we were going to stop at Rudy's in College for some more BBQ. We love Texas BBQ and we are trying to get all we can before we leave. But, Colsen fell asleep so we settled on going through the Whataburger drive thru and eating in the car. We had a great day and besides the wind the weather couldn't have been better! Kyle and I are really going to miss Texas, but we know we will be back often to visit!!

Eating some yummy breakfast taco's at Rudy's. Can you tell that one of Colsen's eyes is a little swollen?

That's what happens when you trip over your shoe that was laying on the floor and hit your eye against a door frame. We felt so bad for Colsen!!

Colsen in the Bluebonnets while the wind was out of control!

Colsen thinking, "So this is what Bluebonnets look like. Mommy really wants me to smile, but no way!! Has she even noticed how windy it is!!"

"Alright Mommy, enough's enough, I'm ready to go!!!"

Kyle and Colsen having a special talk about A&M!!!

The First of Colsen's name sakes- Kyle Field the /k/ sound

The Second name sake Olsen field C*Olsen

Last but not least, Reed Arena- Colsen's middle name

Colsen and Daddy playing. Colsen loves to play chase!!! It is one of is favorite games. Lots of fun for Kyle and I.

This is a picture I took and I turned it in to Black and White. I think it turned out pretty good. I think I may have to frame this and put this in Kyle's office in the new house.

Yea!!! Welcome to Aggieland!!!

An Aggie visit is not complete without the 12th Man!!
