Kyle surprised us this past Thursday by coming home that afternoon!! Colsen and I were so happy to see him!! We got ready to go and we went to go see the house. I will post the updated pictures soon! Let's just say there has been a lot of progress on the house! We then went to dinner at one of our favorite Mexican places. Kyle was exhausted! He had been up for more than 24 hours helping to negotiate the bankruptcy terms for New and Old GM. Needless to say, when we got home, he laid down and he was out!! The next day we all headed out to a stone yard to choose our slabs of granite. We were amazed at all the granite and marble! We were even more amazed at how many choices there were. While we were there, we got to watch them unload some slabs of stone from a crate. It was really interesting to watch. After the stone yard we headed to the mall so grab some lunch and to do a little shopping. Shopping with Colsen is not as easy as it used to be! He is here, there and everywhere!! If I turn my back for a second he will be gone. Also, if I'm trying to get him to follow me, but he doesn't want to go, he will lay down on his tummy and sometimes he cries. It can really wear me out!!! I was really glad that Kyle was with me!! Shopping with a 2 year old definitely takes two people! Overall, we all had a great day hanging out with Daddy!!!

The stone yard had rows and rows of marble and granite. It was quite a sight!

The unloading of the stone. A huge crane helps the stone come out of the crate.

Where's Colsen...

There he is!!
