Apple Day at School and Pie

This is my last post and I will be all caught up!! Yeah!!! Last Friday was apple day at Colsen's school. He was asked to wear red for the occasion. The only predominately red shirt Colsen had was his Elmo shirt. He sang apple songs, read apple books and even made apple sauce. You could tell that he had a very fun day when we went to pick him up.

What was even more fun was Kyle was able to come home on Thursday night so he got to with me to take Colsen to school. He is also wearing his red shirt in honor of apple day. Are these not the cutes boys you have every seen? I love them so much!!!
After Colsen got home I snapped a few pictures with Colsen in his apple hat. I think he is too cute for words!!

Colsen knows when Daddy's home you get pie!!
Colsen had been talking about it all week, saying "pie, pie" and I would tell him not till Daddy gets home. He was so excited about eating some pie!!
That is some YUMMY pie!!!

There is another new post below about our recent trip to Detroit. Also can you believe that it's already October! Well...it will be tomorrow. Thanksgiving and Christmas are going to be here
before we know it. I guess time goes fast when you're having fun!!
