The Bradens: MOPS Christmas

I started going to Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS for short) in September. MOPS meets the first Tuesday of every month. I found out about it through a preschool carnival that our church was having. I say our church, we will be joining soon. Anyway...The Lord has used MOPS to bless my life in so many ways!!! One they childcare, and so far the Lord has been so faithful that Colsen hasn't been sick and I have been able to attend each month!! I'm praying that continues!! The women that I sit with are so much fun and SO encouraging!! I am ALWAYS so lifted up when I leave!! We have great speakers, play fun games, and have a wonderful craft time!! After every MOPS night, I'm always thinking I can't wait to go back!! Thank you Lord for this amazing ministry and the women you put me with!! As always, you knew exactly what I needed!!!!

Our meeting in December was all about fellowship!! Everyone brought a yummy dish to share and we each wore our "best" Christmas sweaters. It was so much fun!! Later in the month, my MOPS small group met and we did a cookie exchange as well as an ornament exchange!! It was such a fun time to get together before the real festivities of Christmas began!!

This picture was taken at the last MOPS meeting for the year! Yes, I'm still wearing my glasses. I was so worried that pink eye would return before I left for NYC. I wasn't taking any chances!! My eye issue ended up being dry eyes! It was a very easy fix, wetting drops.
